1. What we are

Demon Downloader is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, X, Twitter or any other platform. All names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what our tools work with.

2. What the service does

Our tools help you save publicly available videos to your own device. We do not host, store, upload or own any videos. Each video is streamed from the original website straight to you.

3. Personal use only

The service is for personal, non-commercial use, such as saving your own videos or content you have permission to keep. You may not sell, re-upload or republish downloaded content, or use it commercially, without the owner's permission.

4. Public content only

Only content that anyone can view without logging in is supported. We do not support private accounts, paid or members-only content, or content protected by DRM.

5. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for how you use the content you download, and for making sure you have the right to download it.
• You must follow the law where you live and the rules of the platform the video comes from.
• You must not use the service for anything unlawful, to harass or invade anyone's privacy, or to download content showing anyone under 18.
• You must not try to overload, probe or disrupt the service, or use bots to send large numbers of requests.

6. Copyright and removal requests

Videos belong to their creators or the platforms that host them. If you own content and want it blocked, send us the link (and a short note that you are the owner or act for them) through our contact page. We will review it and, where appropriate, block that link or website from our service. To have a video removed from the internet entirely, you will also need to contact the platform that hosts it.

7. Use of the website

We give you a limited, personal licence to use the website. You may not copy, mirror or resell the site, its design or its text.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Platforms change often and may block us, so downloads can fail or stop working without notice. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for your purpose.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, from content you download, or from third-party websites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Third-party links

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

11. Advertising

We may show adverts in future. Advertising partners may use cookies, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Blocking access

We may refuse or block access to anyone, or any link or website, at any time, for example if the service is misused.

13. Adult section

The adult downloader is for people aged 18 or over and has extra rules. Please read the Adult Content Terms.

14. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
