These terms apply to the adult downloader and add to our general Terms of Use.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and adult content must be lawful for you to view where you are. If you are not, or it is not, you must leave and not use this part of the site.

2. We do not host any videos

We do not host, store, upload or publish any videos. The adult downloader helps you save free, public videos from other websites for your own private use. Those websites, and the people who made the videos, own the content and are responsible for it.

3. Personal use only

Downloads are for your own private, non-commercial viewing. You must not share, re-upload, sell or distribute downloaded videos, or use them to harass or embarrass anyone.

4. What you must not do

Do not download, or try to download, any content that shows or appears to show anyone under 18.
Do not download content shared without the consent of the people in it, including leaked or "revenge" content, or anything showing sexual violence or exploitation.
Do not use the service to get around paywalls, logins or DRM.
Do not use the service if you are not allowed to view adult content where you are.

5. Responsibility

You are responsible for what you choose to download and how you use it, and for following the law where you live and the rules of the website the video comes from.

6. Reporting and takedowns

If you own a video, or you see content showing anyone under 18 or shared without consent, send us the link through our contact page and we will block it. Content showing anyone under 18 should also be reported to the Internet Watch Foundation at report.iwf.org.uk. To remove a video from the internet, you will also need to contact the website that hosts it.

7. Blocking access

We may block any link, website or user at any time, and we will block people who misuse the service.

8. No warranty and limit of liability

The adult downloader is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always work, and to the fullest extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from its use or from third-party content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Privacy

Nothing you download is stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for how links and technical information are handled. Downloads are saved on your own device, so delete them if other people use it.
